Ann Condy (British - based in London) 
Ann is a social development and governance adviser with 11 years experience in Europe (UK and Italy), Africa (English, French and Portuguese speaking countries) and more recently the Middle East. She has particular skills in developing effective public-private-NGO partnerships.

Ann has strong communications, interpersonal and analytical skills and experience in policy analysis, project management, strategic planning, project implementation, information management, monitoring and evaluation. She is fluent in Italian, Portuguese and French, and understands some Spanish and German.

Brenda Brainch (British - based in Nairobi)
Brenda is a lawyer specialising in development of alternative dispute resolution programmes. She is Executive Director of the Dispute Resolution Centre, Nairobi, and a practising mediator and arbitrator. Her main experience has been in Central and East Africa.

Brenda provides training in ADR, mediation, conflict management and resolution. She advises on the adaptation of corporate or government systems to incorporate mediation schemes.  She has recently designed a nation-wide rural mediator training programme for Kenya, in partnership with donors and civil society organisations.
